Plum Cobbler
I loved this, as in a pretty much ate the whole 9×13 pan myself. Last year it froze and we weren’t able to get any fruit from our trees which was really disappointing. This year we had a lot of fruit! I was able to make plum cobbler which to some people may sound not so great. At first I was skeptic too. But now I’m a huge fan!
First start off with some ripe plums! Wash them and take the seeds out. I used a lot because I have a lot, use however much you feel like.
Next take a yellow cake mix and pour it over the top of the plums. Spread it around letting it fall in the cracks.
Take a whole stick of butter and cut it on top. That’s it! Bake it until it is golden brown on top and enjoy! I know I did.

Put plums on bottom of 9×13 pan. Pour cake mix on top of plums. Cut butter on top of butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with ice cream or cool whip.
