Easiest Fruit Cobbler, Ever

When I tell you that this is the easiest fruit cobbler you’ll ever make, I mean it. I love this recipe! My mom made it for her family when she went to visit this summer and she had to make several batches because they kept eating it all and asking for more.

Really, it’s that good.

Put whatever fruit you want into a 9×13″ pan. I used a quart of peaches but I’ve also used a big can of pumpkin (with the seasoning) in the fall, it’s fantastic.

Are you ready for the next step?

Take a yellow cake mix and pour it on top of the fruit. Don’t do anything to the cake mix. Just pour it on top, dry. Really, it will be ok. Then take a stick of butter and cut it up on top.

That’s it. You’re done.

Throw it in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the top is brown and that’s it.

I promised it was easy. But no one will ever know how easy it was because it tastes so wonderful.
