I start out my vegetable cubes by first taking a lot of different vegetables, these ones I did cauliflower, carrots, celery, spinach and zucchini. I put them in a steamer and steam them until they are soft.
I then put all the vegetables in a blender or food processor. I use the leftover water to pour into the blender to get the mix smoother and to save those minerals that are in the water from the steaming.
I add chia seeds and bee pollen before blending it.
Once it’s completely blended I pour them into vegetable cubes, freeze them and when I make a shake I just put two of them into the shake. I love my valentine shake that I make with the vegetable cubes.
